Tom Petty was reportedly hospitalized and put on life support Sunday night after he was found in cardiac arrest.

The legendary singer, 66, was found unconscious and not breathing in his Malibu home, TMZ reported on Monday. EMTs were reportedly able to get a pulse.

He was placed on life support upon arriving at UCLA Santa Monica Hospital.

Petty is in critical condition, according to TMZ.

The rocker completed a 40th anniversary tour with the Heartbreakers last month.

A rep for Petty did not immediately return a request for comment.

Well...Marilyn Manson is not doing too well, either. He was injured when a prop collapsed during a concert. He's cancelled the rest of the concert series. (is MM metal?)
