There is was a Plan Pack by the The Launch Pad. Actually, making the first stage non-standard tube was the hardest part. The second stage use to be available from TLP. I re-built the first stage tube several times. The Plan Pack model is under-powered, but with a G-motor it works pretty good. The second stage ignition system that is described in the Plan Pack should be replaced with electronics. I wrote a brief description of my experience for Rocketry Reviews.
