So, you have a new camera equipped rocket (keychain cam, or the new Estes Astrocam), an old Cineroc, or even one of old Estes Astrocam 110 kits. And you want to increase your chance of recovering it if it's lost? Why not record your name, and preferred contact info before launch?

Tell anyone who finds it your name, phone/address/email, and other important data (like date of launch, location, and time). This also can serve as a reminder of the flight for a later date when you are watching it some time in the future. If you don't want to share your contact info in the videos you share, you can edit that out before uploading.

For the Astrocam 110, and Cineroc, it will need to be a picture that will be taken before flight or at the moment of launch (such as using piece of paper with the info written down in view of the camera).
