A while back Tim posted a note about his blog which documents the history of the MLAS project and his uMLAS model.

If you haven't been keeping up with it it is definitely worth another look. Incredible notes about the project and tons of great photos.

You can read Tim's blog here.

In the blog Tim notes that NASA has just posted a bunch of videos of the flight. The videos are truly fantastic. They're big and take a while to download, even on a high speed connection, but they are defrinitely worth the wait. The "Music Video" is just awesome. My hat's off to whoever put it together.

You can see the videos here.

Tim, thanks so much for taking the time to make the blog available to us.

Thanks Steve,

I have visited his site and saved off all documentation I found useful.

There was a big fight over MLAS and whether it was trully a pad abort test or just a qualifying flight ... either way it is a nice rocket. Quest did good in making this a kit. I don't care for the Future Launch Vehicle as all the detail comes from 2-D wrapps. Now if it had been corrigated 3-D wraps, that would be a different story.
