There was a pdf floating around the interwebs years ago. I'm not sure what the status is, shareability wise. Google "pierre fontaine fireball xl5".

Has anyone ever seen model rocket plans for the rocket ships used in Gerry and Sylvia Anderson’s classic TV shows, The Thunderbirds and Fireball XL5?

I recommend that you build from scratch using a Japanese Model kit for reference..
I have successfully built and flown a 5 foot tall TB 3 and a 6 foot tall TB 1 !!
The Thunderbird 1 is a mother and flies well on a CSI 54mm L motor..
Both have extra slots for multiple Motors .. I fly at LUNAR and at Balls..
Pictures to follow..

The TB 1 is very heavy as its built as a HPR Rocket and ways in at 48 lbs.
I'm building a 2nd version with Fiberboard..

Here are cardstock plans for TB1 and TB3. Unfortunately they're pretty small, and no instructions were provided where I downloaded them.
