I placed an order last night, and realized I needed to make a change.
I e-mailed Gordy requesting the change. This is what he went through...
"I made it to the post office, the postmistress was nice enough to give me your envelope back, I {made the change - edited to remove details of my boo-boo}, resealed it and gave it back to the postmistress to mail.
BTW, I made it to the post office 2 minutes before they closed!"
Talk about supporting your customer!
