still load slow for me.... i think the full-sized images would load about the same. It seems that you decreased the image 'size' with out decreasing the resolution... but idn, my connection is sooo slow that *everything* loads slow

Yeah, that's what happened. You can't just slap a WIDTH=x and HEIGHT=x over an image and hope that it's image size would be decreased. You have to have a PHP script to do that on the fly, or do it manually.

Look at my site in my sig....all thumbnails made on the fly....pretty nifty. Don't have to constantly worry about thumbnail files or making thumbs once you upload new pics.
