Thoughts on This Ultrasonic Cutter?

CtrlAX (pronounced "cut-tracks," or something like that). Not sure on the price or if this will even be a real product that's actually sold.



I was thinking this could be really helpful for cutting fins and centering rings.
 
This is nothing new, been using a ultra sonic cutter for a few years. We use one to cut headlight and taillights apart when we do custom lights.
 
I know this technology isn't new. But does it have a current (or future) application for model rocketry?
I am going to say yes and no. They are not as easy to use as they make it look. The cost may be a factor as a good one will run you around $400. I had a cheap one when we started using them and it only lasted 4 months and died and it still was $200.
