Thoughts on Rocket Design

I made this design, which is based on a Black Brant XII.
Here is a picture of the open rocket design.

Any thoughts on motors, build materials, design changes, or anything else?

Plot stability vs. mach number, right now I think you can expect cartwheels.

And do this as 3-stage, 2-stage and 1-stage.
The first stage booster fins look too small to me. If 1 & 2 stage ok then only need to increase first booster fin size.

I am not seeing places for the Air-start electronics (haven't looked at this in OR yet). Also will need a way to deploy chute in 2nd & 3rd stages if motors do not light.

(1) Reduce the size of the motors or design a larger rocket to allow more room for recovery devices and improved stability.

(2) Consider lengthening the upper stage.
