Ordered a pair of Knipex snap ring pliers from TX. Here's the list so far. It still has to go from Paducah to here but I'll probably get it today. A bit of overkill, methinks:

Just got the pliers! They're for external rings.

My fault, I didn't look closely enough at the description. But it's all good, they give free returns so I sent the back and ordered the right ones, should be here next week. (Yeah surrrrrrre.)

I had a package last Summer that went from Glendora CA to somewhere else within 100 miles of here, and it took six weeks. The USPS was pretty much foobed last year... between Covid panic and political games.

A HOA Iwork for got a rescindment of an insurance cancellation, mailed first class on May 20, arriving June 7, for a policy that the letter said was supposed to terminate on June 3. We are all going WTF!?!? we dont know about our insurance being terminated!

So the termination letter, dated May 18 and postmarked a day later on May 19, arrived a day later on June 8, announcing a termination date of June 3.

So a first class business envelope took 20 days to go less than 180 miles within urban/suburban California. Thanks, Mr. Dejoy.
