An interesting fact: these kinds of missions happened only 4 times. There were only four missions on asteroids and they were done by different USA and Japan at different times. The first one was NEAR Shoemaker by the USA in 2001, the second and the third were sent by the USA and Japan in the same year of 2005 and the last one was sent in 2018 by Japan. The project has started which is very promising. It would be also interesting from a technical point of view - are they able to host 7 launches by one country only?

No, and they don't need to. The same probe is going to visit all seven asteroids. The Dawn mission (which is missing from your list of asteroid missions) has already visited multiple targets in the asteroid belt, namely Vesta and Ceres.

Regardless, sending a probe to seven different targets is definitely ambitious.
