Obviously one of the many Hercules movies, but haven't a clue which.

Simply called "Hercules", made in 1983 starring Lou Ferrigno (who also did the Hulk when shaven) and was fresh out of his bodybuilding career. Almost unrecognizable when dressed and with facial hair but the most massive man on stage at the time. Casting him as Herc was unavoidable, but the movie was dissapointing. Competing with Arnold for Mr. Olympia a few year earlier:



The striations on his chest alone are a hint.
