For the last few weeks, the insanity has increased by an order of magnitude. Website, radio, video, related websites.

This is rocketry related because the sports lead feature is about the Houston Rockets. :neener:

It is too bad the Onion has never in all its history posted stories about the space program or the moon, so you might have posted some that WERE at least space related?

Oh, they have.

I thought one of those would have included one of the most (if not the most) famous fake newspaper headlines from the Onion, two words deleted:

HOLY [deleted] - Man walks on [deleted] Moon!

Oddly enough, even the Onion’s own website does not have it, or at least I could not find it using their search feature.

But, it can be found out there on the web, just Google the keywords: “man moon onion” and use the “images” option which will bring up a lot of thumbnail images to choose from, most of which are the famous Moon Landing newspaper headline from the Onion.

Warning, for the tiny few who might not expect it, it involves a lot of use of at least two of George Carlin’s famous 7 dirty words.....

It was on the right hand side of the main Onion page 2 or 3 weeks ago and was often shown there as a link to the archives.

Here are a few of the past goodies:
