Ok, as I mentioned in another thread, I've been busy with work and school related projects over the last five months, and thus have not been flying nor building any rockets.

Finally, just last week I got around to building my initiator thats been sitting around collecting dust these past months. It was quite easy to assemble, easier that the executioner I built, and I was able to put it all together in just a couple days. It still needs primer and paint, though.

This first pic shows the box that arrived back last February...

This next pic shows the motor mount assembly, with the finlock mounts, central centering ring, and motor clip in place.

Next, the launch lugs are attached, the rear centering ring is inserted, the shock cord is tied to the nose cone, and the chute is attached to the shock cord.

That having been done, the assembled rocket is lined up next to his budies. All it lacks now is primer, paint and decals.

A couple other of the rockets need re-painting as well

Incidentally, that is a storage building this is sitting in. The rooms where I sleep and eat are not stacked with tons of crap like that. Hmmm, I think I'll line 'em all up for a pic in a better spot...
