Somebody used to make a nice Nike-Ajax kit with balsa components. Was it Empire Rockets? There was also an eBay seller who did all the balsa turnings for a kit. Have not seen one for sale in quite a while. I should have picked up a kit.

Boyce Aerospace now makes a 1/14 scale builder's kit with 3D printed parts.

Thanks for the comments! Hard to believe but the last flight for this rocket was 18 years ago and it back then landed on a power line! The launch pad kits were awesome! Great flight yesterday!
Likewise, I last flew this kit almost 20 years ago and haven't flown it since. However, it is still in good condition. I bought this kit when it first came out from The Launch Pad about 25 years ago.

Wow, you can drive the rocket transport vehicle from garage straight to field? Awesome!
