the best rocket for electronic payload

Hi everyone I want to know what you think is the best rocket for the perfect flight altimeter MAWD ($99).Give it a rating out of 10 and 10 being the best and 1 the worst. Judge the rocket on the building of it all the way to recovery.Then post a link to it so I can view it. Thanks Rocketman 13

It doesnt really matter, just a long enough rocket with a payload section. You could use a Horizon, a EZI 65 there are many different rockets. I would recomend using the smokin rockets method of mounting the altimere though because that is easiest
