I had the same issue, its because it won't play it through TRF.it says my browser cannot play the video
Go to you tube via your browser, search for the movie and it will play. Well it did on my laptop.

Not exactly the greatest movie ever, but a fun one that I enjoy an occasional viewing of.
This is the one with the rocket traveling horizontally, right? And a guy survives a crash landing on the moon later?
No, it's the one where the guy defies the government to build his own Mercury-Atlas and launch himself into orbit.
Just finished watching the movie, hadn't seen it before. Well worth the price of admission!

Actually the answer to the horizontal flight part is "Yes". His 1st attempt went ballistic... bouncing through the farm.
But "No" to the crash landing on the moon part.

Always wanting one of those Tshirts saying "Yes, I am a rocket scientist," both Astronaut Farmer and Space Cowboys pushed by suspension of disbelief way too far. My inner RSO prevented my full enjoyment of watching the old dude rocket adventures. That was years ago, maybe I should rewatch for free to see if I have chilled over the years.
Gotta kick back and just enjoy the ride... and not analyze every bump in the road. It's a movie, not a documentary.
