I have been using Bob Smith's 20 & 30 minute epoxy on my small builds, Aeropoxy ES6209 on my large builds (especially fiberglass) but you gotta have patience with Aeropoxy due to its long cure time. For fillets on my fiberglass builds, I am using Rocketpoxy G5000 because it's really thick and that makes it easy to spread with my finger. It also comes with black pigment; though, you could come up with your own pigment and color any of the epoxies to your taste.
