The most important thing about Burt Rutan in my opinion I learned from the two part special about SS1. They were trying to track down a leak and he said "Can't we just have someone sit here with a flashlight and watch?" Then he immediately said "You want me to do it?"

The best boss is the best worker. I wish he'd start giving talks to management types, especially at NASA.
