youtube has apparently established an entire EDU section! courses from places like stanford, india institute of technology, MIT ENTIRE courses are included! im hooked.

IIRC there are over 2,000 MIT courses available on-line, but IIRC they are not credit courses for on-line students, just the course materials, so it's all self-study.
