Today my son and I went out late and launched some rockets. Here are pics of two of them. First up, one of my favorites...the SUPER BIG BERTHA.

This is a good motor for this rocket...slow lift-off...long burn...ejection just past apogee...can be recovered in a small field! Here is recovery under an Estes 24" nylon chute...I have several of these in 18" and 24" sizes from old Pro-series and North Coast Rocketry kits and I think they are the best!!!
