Well, I placed an order for 4 (or two orders of 2…) SLCFs earlier this week. We’ll see.
Yeah mate. Same here. I had to go via Florida. 2 apparently on the wayAll those components are available as far as I can tell.
The availability of the SLCF, or any other PerfectFlite product for that matter, is quite academic over here. Looks like they don’t ship their products to this part of the world these days. Any item that goes in the basket results in a message stating that the item(s) can’t be shipped to that address.
I requested confirmation of this through their contact facility, but never received a response. Perhaps others over here have had better luck?
I can't agree on zero support. A couple of years ago I got a second hand SLCF. But I needed mounting hardware and the interface cable. Also wanted the LED assembly. The hardware and cable were available on their website, but not the LED. I added a note to my order that I'd like one LED when they became available. No reply, but a couple weeks later a package arrived with the hardware, cable, and LED - which he didn't bother to charge me for. So in my instance, certainly nothing to complain about.You also have to be reserved there is ZERO customer support. Zero. You just have to accept this, like a couple others in this hobby. The one time I did talk to someone, I decided my money was better spent literally ANYWHERE else.
