Still need Oct. 1991 High Power Rocketry article

The person who originally claimed they'd send me a copy of the model-rocket rolleron article to be found in the Oct. 1991 issue of High Power Rocketry magazine has not done so or otherwise responded. If anyone else has it, I'd appreciate a copy. Please PM me if you can help.
