Ok, that's pretty much it.
I'm "done" posting things up for sale, so feel free to post GENERAL comments/queries on this thread again.
As stated before, please email me for any specific questions or "I'll take X" notes.....do NOT send PMs via the forum.

Based on past sales like this (if there actually has been any like this!), I'm expecting to need to sift through hundreds of emails. It may take days before I get to yours, but I will.

If you see something on this thread go from black to grey, with a red "SOLD" pasted on, and you haven't heard directly from me first, that means that someone else got it. I will notify the actual buyer who "won" before I change the listing on the thread. So, you will know if it's you or not.

And yes, I will probably list a few more bits and pieces I find that I forgot.

Now, if you will excuse me, I have some emails to attend to........

thanks everyone,
s6

Just in to say: THANK YOU for doing this and doing it so professionally. As a relative newbie to MPR and HPR, this is giving me a chance to get a lot of the "if I had ____ then I could _____" stuff I've been eyeing but not quite ready to pull the trigger on. I raise my glass to you.

Good job sir. You have obviously put lots of time and money into your collection. I hope I got my email in early enough.

Tried to make my email as painless as possible. Thank you for the sale. Well done, sir.

I emailed as well.... Hope I get what I asked about. I hope you don't have too many tire kickers wasting your time. Thanks again!

Sent several emails as things were being posted. Haven't heard a peep yet, and know I was beat to the buzzer on a few items marked sold already. Time for bed.

OK, I'm exhausted. Quitting for the night. Got to work a bit tomorrow, so will be hit and miss all day then.
Kevin (cavecentral).... I did manage to get a note off to you. Yes, you got beat to the buzzer on a few things, but not as bad as you might think. We'll "talk" tomorrow.

thanks everyone so far,
s6

Great job on this well run and organized sale! Hope I sent my email fast enough. Lol

9:30am Sunday.
Heading off to work, so won't be responsive again until later this evening.

Thanks everyone for your patience so far.
Please remember that no one is getting bumped out of their place in line.
So far so good.

Cool. Just waiting for an email reply before I send payment - I think a couple items might be already sold, want to clarify first to get the amount correct.

Good grief, Dave! First and the most expected, you did a heck of job organizing and posting-kudos, brother! Second; my heart's in my throat and stomach in my shoes when i realize how much 'rocket crap' (Viking Princess quote) and 'miscellaneous treasure' (Nerd Herd quote) I have if I bail too! Pm at your 'other'
e-mail but no hurry. Thanks an behalf of all the TRF "Nerd Herd" for posting your collection here-good to see your exquisite and innovative birds will still be flying at meets across the US! Nothing but best wishes in your future endeavours, stay in touch and drop a line or two, so we know how you are fairing.-the other dave-

+1. I'm going to be coming back to this thread for build inspiration for quite some time, most likely. What an exit!

So when does the good stuff get posted? I'M KIDDING! Super nice stuff I did manage to get my email in early enough to score just over 100 bucks worth, otherwise it would have been over 200. Whew. Lol. Wish I could spend more, my bank account has been ravaged this month!

So.....an update. Sunday evening.

As can be seen, a LOT has sold. But there is actually still a lot of things up for grabs. Some great rockets (some of my very best in fact), still nice hardware (including the "collector's" stuff), a fair bit of airframes, chutes, and other bits. But yeah, there's a whole lot gone or spoken for. It has been quite a day to say the least.

The main reason for this update is to acknowledge a few folks who are still probably waiting to hear from me. Rest assured, any of you (and you know who you are) who haven't heard anything yet, you have NOT lost your place in line, nor has someone jumped ahead of you. It's just that things got WAY backed up (as expected). For most of you who are still waiting for some sign, the deal is usually that I have certain items that you want that someone else ahead of you has likely either said that they'd take it but haven't yet paid, or they are still deciding what to do. Since their place in line gave them first dibs, I'm waiting on word from them. But if they don't get back in a day or two, or they decide to back out, I'll be getting in touch with the next in line (those of you who are waiting for me to contact). It's actually pretty complicated, but I do have a handle on it. And I won't leave any of you waiting "forever".

Again, thanks for your patience. Thanks A LOT to all of you who bought and paid already. Like I said, this has been quite a day.

It will continue.....

Guy that got the D72A should'a sprung for the GPS interconnect cable and the 60CsX. Good prices for both. Using a BeelineGPS one has a foolproof map in hand that will automatically plot the rocket on the map. Worried about the map situation?
Well, as long as one isn't concerned about the latest POI's (Points of interest) can easily download Open Source Maps that are pretty darned good: https://garmin.openstreetmap.nl/. I already have a 72 and a Cs and CsX for backup.
I lament that someone who obviously was very involved is leaving and hope he keeps a few mementos. Kurt (I didn't buy anything)

Stealth, you gave many of us some great deals this weekend, but I was wondering if you could leave us with one more thing before you exit the hobby. You are a master builder, and in my opinion, you make the best looking filets in the hobby. Could you please tell all of us your secret to making beauties like these with the rounded leading and trailing edges?....

...there is actually still a lot of things up for grabs ....still nice hardware (including the "collector's" stuff)...

Hmmm, this has me a bit paranoid that I got your email address correct!
Will check it when I get home from work. My fingers are crossed! haha

Edit: oh crap, just realized I never included my TRF name in the email :(
Apologies Dave, have re-sent.
