are you referring to that sudden drop in stability right near apogee when the rocket slows to under 10 m/sec(30 ft/sec)?

It look stable, but the zig zag in the graph is abnormal (ok for apogee but not for the entire flight). Im guessing the angle of attack is all over place. How much weight do you have in the nose cone?

Please define "extremely normal" with a screen shot or the file. Because to get a plot like that, something ain't "extremely normal".

Post up the ".ork" file, I'm sure we can help. Just a screen grab isn't enough information for us.

the odd thing is; that I can get a similar looking output with a variety of rockets including the 'simple model rocket' example from OR. the wonky stability starts at motor burnout.
