The nozzle liner should be able to push off. It might take some force, but by putting your thumbs on the aft end of the nozzle, and getting your index fingers on the fwd end of the insulator, you should be able to push the nozzle out of the liner with a little force. If that gives you troubles, you could just delaminate the insulator starting at the seam, and pull it apart. I've never had to do this myself.

I will break the motor back down this evening, and try your suggestion, as I do not like to re-use any consumable parts.

Ray Cole, who takes video of nearly every flight, managed to pull this frame from his video he took of my SRS I119 flight last Saturday. Kind of a far shot, but this helps at being able to tell how bad this bird weather cocked off of the pad...
