3D Printing Speaker Stand Launch Pads from NSL 2022

Ok, as promised:

This is the 3d printed launch pad design to mount rails to a speaker stand. It is a remix of Wardy89's design that allows 90 degree mounts to rails. It also adds 1010 and 20mm rails and rail stops.

Which filaments do you recommend using?

The rail stops were PETG. They melted after about 5 launches. I replaced them with Overture PETG painted with 2000-degree paint and they are going strong after 1 launch. I am not sure if this is a long-term use. The articulating parts were printed with Black PC/ABS blend or Black ABS with CF by 3DXTECH. Both will work. The only other filament I have used for these parts is PC Blend by Prusa.

How much did it cost to make

About 50$ a piece. The most expensive part was the roll of filament.

The blast deflectors are simple aluminum plates mounted to L-brackets. I can post a parts list for anyone that wants them.
