I can see why someone might not want to remove the booms, otherwise, the model is not close to being scale and the signature profile is lost. The usual cure is to use more nose weight, but that is such a common solution, perhaps it has already been done. One can get into a viscous circle, i.e., more nose weight means bigger motor, bigger motor means more nose weight, etc.
Usually you can take a stock kit and put in a punchier motor and some more nose weight to cure the problem. But not with this bugger and it's very flimsy twin booms and limited recovery room for a bigger chute. It is a sable kit, it just has lots of drag and likes to flutter and fly like an airplane into the slightest breeze. It needs all the punch it can get but is too flimsy to handle the additional power. It is just loads of fun and good times. Just get a SS1E, Cosmos Mariner and a Dude and fly them all perfectly on the perfect flying day.
