We never seem to get to tell our side of the story so here it goes.
The first thread pulled was a thread on the BATFE which was going down hill fast toward BATFE bashing and politics. That thread was pulled more for all the content and not just shrox's post. Shrox started the thread so maybe he felt more slighted.
The second thread pulled was on a member's legal battles over the legal use of cannabis for medicinal purposes. The mods mulled over this one for a couple of days and finally decided that this topic was a little too far "off" topic for TRF and that there were other (and better) avenues for this subject matter to be discussed.
The third thread was of questionable moral content given that some of our members are very young in age. You may say that the Internet is full of questionable content but the last thing I want is for some eight year old's parent seeing their kid surfing a porn site only to find that they followed the link from TRF.
As you can see all these threads fall outside the guidelines of TRF so they were pulled. Shrox is not being singled out in fact I rarely even notice who is posting the thread when evaluating... I look solely at the subject matter. If it fits it stays, if it doesn't fit it goes.
Now moving on... nothing to see here.
