I am building a clone of the ACE Allegro Largo. This rocket uses wedge attachment for the fins, much like a LOC Viper III/IV.
The fins are 1/4" ply and are to be attached between two 1.6" motor tubes. Would it make sense to bevel to them to conform to the contour of the tubes they will be glued between, or should I leave them square?
Using Tightbond wood glue throughout.
