Yeah Steven definitely awesome work! Hey are you still building at your Starbucks? I hope so because I know a lot of people have probably enjoyed your project.
No. There's hasn't been any indoor seating since March. The drive through is open and walk ins are acceptable. There's no eating, drinking or smoking in my cars so I just sit outside at one of the tables. Just came from the place an hour ago. Indeed I run into people and you know they're asking me about the rocket. Have quite a following. Bright, sunny but chilly morning is perfect top down weather. Thank you.

I've decided to chuck the original SM and bought a 3D printed one from Shapeways. I will install the EVA handles on this as well using 0.0156" Diameter, 3/4" Long metal rods.

I'm waiting for Shapeways to make and deliver SM EVA handles. Michael's handles are slightly oversized to lesson shipping damage. I'm thinking of removing the handles, keep the support stand offs and use Hardened Undersized High-Speed M2 Tool Steel Rod, 0.0156" Diameter, 3/4" Long.

Several of these will go on the SM like this: CSM8_000.jpg4174856E-7937-46F5-9EBF-F16C1E5C4FB5DefaultHQ-33.jpg

You definitely know your SV. I mean inside and out. Truly a fantastic build.
Thank you. I'm waiting for more of the matte aluminum to finish off the SM. The RCS nozzles will get painted aluminum, then the nozzles themselves will use gold Bare Metal. There are a ton of decals for the SM alone. They will wake up the SM.

This panel lacks detail. I'll use 0.010 styrene to replicate this.

These are the three whatever they are circles as seen from the previous photo cut out of 0.010 styrene. The rest of the details will continue to be added.
