Separate Decent in OR?

If possible, how should one go about modelling a separated decent with respect to a nose cone and the rest of the airframe?

This is for my L3. The rocket will fly to apogee and deploy a drogue like standard DD. Then, at the second event, the main will deploy while jettisoning the nose. The nose will come down under its own chute, totally independent of the rest of the vehicle.

My apologies if this has been discussed, I searched to no avail.

Use a parachute descent calculator to model the rocket sans nosecone descent rate. Do the same with the nosecone.

+1, Mark has the best method since OR doesn't support this type of recovery.
