Has anyone noticed that logins are not secure? I never noticed this before and I may just now be seeing it as result of either my EPP or some other OS/browser upgrade. It does not terribly concern me as once TRF went commercial I changed my credentials to something unique as I have no idea what, if any, background logging is taking place. Never thought to look before, however it seems that TRF is not SSL/HTTPS.

Interesting.

Admins - am I misinterpreting something?

It is not really an issue with forums, but the TRF is scheduled to be updated at some point this year to be HTTPS:

Hello,
I was wondering if TRF staff has made any headway on using HTTPS?

IF the issue is cost, you could go the "let's Encrypt" route which offers completely free SSL certificates.

In the next few weeks we will be going to Xenforo software that is more secure. I am not sure exactly when due to how fast the developer can get through the list of work he has.
