All,

I find myself once more at the equator getting ready for another launch. Launch is set for June 23rd 05:58 AM PDT 12:58:00 PM GMT, take a look at our webpage for some great photos and info and wish us some luck!

the best of both worlds......my hobby....my income....... To bad I can't get TRA/NAR to allow me to use this as my level 3 cert.

I take it they got those pesky erector problems fixed? As I recall, you were saying that they were having some issues with them while they were loading.

You can watch a live webcast of the event starting 15 min prior to launch. Click on current launch then launch coverage, there will also be a archive webcast available for viewing approx 24 hrs after the launch. www.sea-launch.com

Again, good luck. You guys (sea-launch) have been busy this year. Isn't this like your 3rd or 4th one? And there's still 6 more months to go!!!!

Thanks Bob... not the image I needed! You HAVE been underway too long! Maybe the hydraulic lift system would be more cooperative if it was sponsored by Viagra, ya know? Get yourselves another corporate sponsor and all...

Thanks very much for the URL - watched it live - excellent launch!

That vehicle moved faster than I expected too...

BTW, my work involves USING the Ku Band satellites - so keep sending them up there!

Damage...

Thanks, what a long night! We had a one hour delay for some groundstation issuse but still managed to launch within our two hour window. I'm tired and going to bed........and I'd be more than happy to put more Ku Band up in orbit!

Hey Bob, when are you going to build a scaled-down version of that launch vehicle? Lets see, the "big" one is 200' in length and 14' in diameter....... Make it a 1/42 scale. You would use a LOC 4' tube about 57" long. Put a 38mm motor mount and fly it on a J350!!!!!!

I've been thinking about it, we have a 1/42 scale display model in the main office that could use a J motor. Right now I'm building a polecat V-2 7.5 and a Smoke'n Rockets 7.5 Goblin. after that...?
