That's the best name I could come up with for it. I ordered LOC 4" tubes and such for my level 1 rocket and built this one from leftover parts, I only had to buy the nose cone. The fins are from a HiTech 45 kit. This has a 29mm mount and flies well on a G64. You can see some nailheads at the tip of the nose cone holding in the lead/epoxy nose cone weight.
