My son finished it up with a brush and some spraybomb clear.... Not bad for an 8 year old on the final finishing, decals / touch up and clearing that is!

(Still think I should have put a 38 MMT in it!)

Here are some pics of the parts I made in 1/20th scale for the guys at Wallops Island before the actual test flight.

The aeroshroud is 10.83" in diameter

The first pic is of the original design. After I made it the engineers had some design changes

The second pic is the final design.

The third pic is just the aeroshroud and the fourth is the capsule still attached to the lathe plate.

Last pic is the final model.

This is Mark Chrumka's NARAM 51 Giant scale entry using a BT-101 body. I made the aeroshroud out of basswood.

Oh yea, I made the decals too.
