My Russian friend Nikita Sarychev (trf member sarychev) gained his Level 2 certification at the Oct 2nd CMASS launch. Nikita and his wife Aida pose next to his PML Aurora, loaded with a J350-10W he bought from me.

With the expected altitude of around 4,000 feet, he kisses his Aurora Goodbye.

The J350 has no trouble lifting the rocket.

Awesome acceleration. The rocket disapears from site... At ejection, I see it again... a dot in the sky. The rocket, with my RMS 38/720 motor, and adapter, drifts over to the housing development. Nikita and Aida go for a walk, Neil and I load the pole into my car and drive out to the residentual area. Neil helped them with the hunt, while I went to get my Magnum. Mission complete. We both went home with all our rockets and hardware.

Congrats sarychev!! Time to open your wallet a little more :D

Congratulations! I love that shot with the sun, by the way - very nice pics, Doug!
