Rocksim software

Its been years and I need to download Rocksim again. I had purchased it back in the day.

I have tried to contact them through email as my times I can call are very different than their hours of operation.

I was wondering if anyone knows if I will have to repurchase or can I just redownload? Apparently my account is closed which is understandable after all this time.
