In Rocksim, do the engine files account for the weight of the reloadable motor hardware or is it just the reload (propellent) only? In other words, when I load the rocket with an engine in Rocksim, say an aerotech h242t, do I still need to add additional weight for the Rouse-Tech case, forward closure, aft closure, etc. or I'm I good to go?

Good question! I am not absolutely 100% sure, but, I believe that it does account for the weight of the casing..

I think that Rocksim does account for it but what about after the motor is burnt?

Will it account for just the casing weight during coast phase?

The Rocksim engine files contain the loaded weight and the propellent weight. The engine compiler actually computes a weight depletion curve so that the weight of the engine is accurate all through the burn. You do not have to add the weight of the hardware unless you plan to fly an extra set as a payload. :D
