I just saw the English subtitled Japanese version of "Destroy All Monsters" (which I really enjoyed by the way) on the RetroPlex HD channel and wonder if anyone has ever made an oddrock of this. I think it would be an extremely challenging build for someone:

The Kilaak UFOs would make some cool high drag (spool-type) rockets, too, especially if internally illuminated to give the same appearance as in the film and launched at night or at dusk:

Loved that movie as a kid. Is that the one that ends with Godzilla and baby Godzilla in the snow on an island (no, that doesn't not qualify as a meaningful spoiler)?

That fighter, though, clearly from the school of "more is more".
