I have a tiny "club" in White Rock. Just a couple friends and family. We launch low-power a few times a year at the athletic fields in town. It's far from ideal and sometimes we cancel when the fields are occupied. We would likely fly more if we had more members. Anyone close to White Rock is welcome to fly with us.
