Hello! Does an Estes E - G motor produce enough thrust to have it look something like the below (the thrust of a SM-3 missile). And how would you gain this effect?
That's really impressive! What a job you guys did! (Yes, I followed the link)Clusters can also look much larger than they are (in total impulse terms).

This was the 1/16 scale N1.
(the rockets above are launched at dusk, not at night)How do you recover the rocket in night? A tracker inside?
Trackers are always useful, but typically rockets must have lights to be launched at night launches. Generally there is a strobe in the nose, plus there may be other lighting effects as well. How do you recover the rocket in night? A tracker inside?
So is the nose cone, or part of it, transparent? I've been meaning to ask about the possibility of having transparent nose cones.Trackers are always useful, but typically rockets must have lights to be launched at night launches. It doesn't need to be transparent. An unfinished plastic nose cone works great with a strobe inside. So is the nose cone, or part of it, transparent? I've been meaning to ask about the possibility of having transparent nose cones.
