I just found this site:

Could someone please give me some short explanations of these terms?

The questions began with the lower table haveing two velocity columns and then what are the units of measure in the lower table. It seems I remember seeing something about a "sheet" that might explain these items, but I can't find it now.

I know this can be lengthy, but I'm just looking for some short answers and I'll do the digging.
