Could someone recommend a good reference of the world's commercial and military rockets? I am already familiar with Bill Gunston's Rockets and Missiles, and the Jane's books on the same. Are there any other reference works that ideally has enough info to do a scaled version?
 
Rockets of the World is out of print right now and you’ll be lucky to get a copy for less than $100. Peter Alway has a number of other works that are still in publication. You can get them at ARA Press here:

You can also try NARTS, the NAR Technical Services. They sell some of Peter‘s books and also have scale data of rockets on USB.
