Had damaged (of course) the LES on a 2001 Saturn V and called Estes up to inquire about ordering another capsule/tower assembly. Well they shipped one set off to me free of charge. I really wasn't expecting this and it has never been lost to memory either. Thanks Estes.

I called Estes once to report that my D-Region Tomahawk kit was missing the little nose cone tip. They said they couldn't ship individual parts, and sent me a whole new kit, and paid for shipping.

Great customer service.
