What does the term “full” in the phrase “rocket full motors and cases” mean. Does that mean case, closures, and whatever other non-disposable parts are required? I don’t think I’ve heard it described as a rocket full motor and case before.

From the ebay listings, there are some complete motors (closures, FSD, case) and some casings only. "Full rocket motors" and "cases" being separate listings.
