Today I decide that I wanted to put together the Estes Checkmate that I picked up from Hobbytown in Cincinnati. Well, I realized that I grabbed the wrong tool bin out of the car, fishing tackle is not going help me here. I didn't feel like headed back out into the rain to get the proper bin so I sat the kit aside and went to do something else. Well, I just got back from church, and decided to start a load of laundry and while going around gathering socks, I noticed the back for the Checkmate sticking out from under the bed. RILEY!!!! She got a hold of the kit. Crushed the booster tube, damaged one of the motor tubes, chewed up the nose cone. The main body tube was lost but was quickly found. Oh, she also found my bag of toothpicks... I guess dogs will be dogs...
