I'm sad to find out that pianist, George Winston, passed away after a 10 year battle with numerous cancers.

George Winston passed away today. A talented pianist, I own five of his CDs. He grew up in Montana, so he came back to perform here often, so I got to see him a few times.

One of my wife's favorites. I think I've bought her everything he put out, and a bunch of other Windham Hill stuff, as well.
