I inherited a fiberglass Honest John Rocket whose very heavy nose cone had rebounded and snapped off one of the fins. The hardest part of repairing it is to remove the broken fin root without totally tearing the rocket apart. I got one of these carbide bits from Amazon which did a great job of removing the root and all the internal fillets used to attach it.
