Replacement card

Okay, I just know I'm not the only one to lose a Tripoli card. I've looked and really can't figure out how to request a replacement. There's a faq that states it's a $5.00 fee for replacement, but how to ask?

I lost mine once but I just waited for renewal card.

Yep, we don’t yet have a way to purchase replacement cards on the Tripoli website. Deb can help you out.

Cool thing is I found my card! It's required reading at LDRS. Bad thing is Deb can't find a replacement printer ribbon to keep issuing cards, no matter the level.
